We provide complete clarity of your starting point with bloodwork, physical and nutritional assessments and then use a wearable health tracker to track your biometrics so we can make necessary adjustments along the way.

Get that extra attention to detail with in person sessions, specifically designed for you.

I’ll be there to guide you through every step of the way and teach you the things I’ve learned through my education both in and out of the gym.

Breathwork

Some of my most profound experiences have been during breathwork sessions.

All you need is you, the ground and the breath.

Capable of emotional breakthroughs, detox and a new found control of the breath, both mechanical efficiency and tolerance.

I provide online sessions and in person.

Cold Plunge

Practiced around the world for centuries, cold plunge has a myriad of benefits on the body, mind and soul.

Gain control of your stress response, breathing and fear of the ice with this phenomenal practice.

I provide in person and online sessions (bath only provided for in person sessions).

  • We use bloodwork to take all the guesswork out and determine from the start the best course of action to get you to your goals.

  • We’ll have an in depth conversation so I can get to know you and understand your situation to better suit the protocol to you.

  • Call it training, working out or an exercise regime, we call it movement because it should be integrated into your daily lifestyle. Training in the gym for an hour a day is fantastic but combining a great gym session with micro doses of movement throughout the day can help you feel fantastic and get you to your goals that much quicker.

  • We aim to help you understand nutrition as a whole but more importantly, what works for you.

    Together with that, ways to make it suit your lifestyle whilst still being able to eat delicious and nutritios foods.

  • We love to check in and communicate your progress on a weekly basis. It keeps you in accountable and frequent assessments of the protocol allows for a more realistic view of how things are going, whilst also not being overbearing.

  • Forming new habits is hard, especially when life is busy and stressful. With the app Nudge, we aim to be there as a small but effective reminder to help you build that set of habits that will get you to your goals and keep you there.
