I use bloodwork, physical and nutritional assessments and lifestyle questionnaires to gain as clear a picture as we can of your current state.

The more we assess, the less we guess.


Execute

I formulate a training, nutrition and lifestyle programme for you to get to your goals.

I use exercise as the stimulus, nutrition as fuel, sleep for recovery and assimilation and lifestyle to create new habits that will ultimately allow you to retain all the wonderful results you get from the programmes.


Monitor

I use a health tracker (Whoop) to monitor your sleep, activity and recovery. On top of that, we use the results and notes from your programmes to make sure we are on the right track and make any necessary adjustments along the way.


Reassess

The key to finding out if something is working is to retest. So I repeat the initial assessment and see how all the work you have put in has panned out.
